Wash and prepare the tabasco peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds and membranes. Slice the peppers, and place them in a sauce pan along with the vinegar and garlic. Cook them until they are tender and the skins are falling off. Remove the pepper skins, and discard them. Puree this mixture in an electric blender along with the sugar and salt. Keep the sauce refrigerated until you are ready to use it.

6 center cut pork chops

6 thin slices lemon

½ cup water

Preheat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Brown the chops on both sides. Place one slice of onion and one slice of lemon on each pork chop. In a small bowl, combine the catsup, Tabasco sauce, and water. Pour this mixture over the pork chops. Place a lid on the pan, and cook the pork chops over a low flame for approximately one hour or until they are tender.

1 can bean sprouts, drained

3 cans ready-to-bake crescent rolls

1/4 cup yellow prepared mustard

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

2 teaspoons horseradish sauce

In a large skillet, brown the ground meat. If necessary, drain off the excess grease. Stir in the water chestnuts, dry instant soup mix, chopped onion, beef bullion, and drained bean sprouts. Simmer them for approximately 5 minutes. Carefully open and place the crescent rolls on a baking sheet, Put approximately one tablespoon of meat mixture in the center of each one. Bring the corners together in the center, and pinch the dough to seal the edges. Bake them in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Make sauce for the roll-ups by combining the mustard, mayonnaise, garlic, Tabasco sauce, and horseradish. Keep the sauce refrigerated until you are ready to serve the roll-ups. Warm it in a microwave oven on a low setting if you prefer heated sauce.
