Shark Saved Off Calif's Venice Pier
OCTOBER 05, 2011MSNBC A lifeguard, known to Venice Beach locals as the "animal whisperer" was able to save a great white shark after fishermen hooked it off the pier. He removed the hook from the shark's mouth and helped it get back into the water.
