The Sistine Chapel Celebrates 500 Years!

Michelangelo's fresco on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel, is one of the world's most iconic pieces of art from the Renaissance. Its 500th anniversary is being marked today by Pope Benedict XVI with the celebration of Vespers in the chapel.
