NOVEMBER 18, 2009MSNBC Gary Reynolds is the Automotive Technologies teacher at a Hudson, Ohio school. He currently runs a program started by Bob Obadorf is giving special needs students a marketable skill and is helping put bicycles in the hands of children who can't afford them otherwise.
