Operation Warm

Millions of children are without a winter coat. Operation Warm inspires hope and empowers communities by manufacturing and distributing winter coats to children in need.
This winter, The Bank of New York Mellon is partnering with Operation Warm to finance and distribute coats in New York. The new coats come in sizes to fit preschoolers through 6th graders and kids will get to choose from a range of colors.
BNY Mellon employees will help distribute coats at the following events in New York:
- Children's Aid Society at the Dunlevy Milbank Center in Harlem on Wednesday, November 2, from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- Good Shepherd Services at their Neighborhood Family Empowerment Center in the Bronx on Thursday, November 10, from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
- NY Foundling at the Haven Academy in the Bronx on Monday, November 14, from 12:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Specific dates for future events in New York with Leake & Watts and the Coalition for the Homeless are in development.
