Moon of Mystery
 (NASA)
The "tiger stripes" on Enceladus, a moon of Saturn, show up in shades of green in this color-enhanced image from the Cassini spacecraft. The picture was taken October 5, 2008, just after Cassini flew within 16 miles of the moon's surface. The picture was released on December 15. Readings from Cassini provide evidence that jets of water emanate from the tiger stripes, which are cracks in Enceladus' surface ice.
