(CNN Money ) Munster and Clinton predict an Apple TV will measure 42" to 55" and cost between $1500 and $2000. Similarly sized plasma and LCD TVs from Vizio, Samsung and Panasonic all clock in at under $1000, but Apple has never shied away from offering high quality at high cost.
