Economy Shows Signs of Life

Jill Harris, Happy News Staff The economy has been bad, but it is showing signs of improvement. Although most agree that we are still in a decline, some experts say that the worst is over. Evidence of this can be seen in several factors, including the price rise in commodities and certain surveys show that consumer mood is brightening. This has translated to higher spending in the past week. The Federal Reserve Board is meeting this week to discuss the economy and officials say that they have been using non-conventional ways to stimulate the economy.
