Russia Sets 400 IM Relay World Record

MANCHESTER, England

Russia has set a 400-meter individual medley relay world record at the short-course swimming world championships.

The Russians finished in 3 minutes, 24.29 seconds Sunday. The previous record of 3:25.09 was set by the United States in 2004.
