Texas Woman Saved From Fire By Barking Dog

Trixie Wilson was asleep in her bedroom when her dog started barking. When she got up to see why it was upset, she discovered a fire in her living room.
After getting out of the home safely, Wilson said, her dog Gretchen ran back inside. Wilson decided to crawl back in after the dog and said she was able to pull her to safety in the driveway.
"That's my baby," Wilson said, wiping tears away as she watched firefighters place a fan near her front door.
Wilson has home insurance and was surrounded by family who said she could stay with them until the home is restored. "She's all right," her sister Trena Wilson said. "That's all I care about."
