Baking for Good
JULY 23, 2010Adrienne Mong, MSNBCEvery Friday, a group of six patients at the Chaoyang District Mental Health Service Center don their chef’s hats and aprons to work in their fully outfitted kitchen. The center director says, "They have fun baking and gain confidence. They can also make some money out of it, some of which has been used to buy facilities for the center, and that makes them feel respected and valued.
