Runners Can Support the Homeless World Cup

AUGUST 13, 2008 The BIG 5km fun run is taking place in Cardiff, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Derby, and Milton Keyes and the Homeless World Cup want you to get involved! Run, walk, or jog - it’s up to you. It’s all about raising money for the Homeless World Cup.
The 5km race is open to men, women or children of all ages. Children under the age of 13 can enter but just walk the distance and must be accompanied by a paying adult. Enter as an individual, with your family or alternatively get your office or sports club involved.
Chose from the following venues:
Cardiff: Sunday 28th September
Glasgow: Saturday 4th October
Edinburgh: Sunday 5th October
Derby: Saturday 11th October
Milton Keynes: Sunday 12th October
Arrive at 10:30am for the big warm up and be ready to start the race at 11:00am. At the end you will receive a goody bag, a commemorative medal and a drink.
