Jay-Z will hold a Sept. 11 benefit concert in New York City. The rapper made the announcement Monday at Madison Square Garden. He was joined by Gov. David Paterson, Fire Commissioner Nicholas Scoppetta and Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer.
