Salvation Army Distributes $18,000 through Faith Stimulus Program

The Faith Stimulus Program through the Salvation Army ended Thursday and $18,000 was given to 77 families in Pettis County.
The Sedalia Salvation Army received the grant money earlier this summer. The Salvation Army headquarters in Chicago provided Sedalia with $12,000 and the Pettis County United Way provided $6,000 to help area residents pay for things such as car payments, utility bills or groceries.
